Long-term favorites on my MP3 playlist from the Laura Thomas Band were recently joined by some great songs from Adam Ezra and his band. Both musicians offer thoughtful and clever lyrics, ranging from political topics to everyday life, Laura in an Alanis Morissette kind of way and Adam Ezra most often in good old folk tradition. Now if we could just get them to play in Boston more often, I’d be very happy.
